Caring Counsellor
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor based in Liverpool. My counselling journey started with my own experience of post-natal depression, which showed me the power of having a non-judgmental and confidential space to share my struggles. Since then, I’ve earned a Foundation Degree in Counselling (FdSc) and gained experience through volunteering with The Samaritans, Better Help, and local organisations.
I specialise in providing online and telephone counselling, making therapy accessible and convenient for people from all walks of life.
